Setting Advanced Configurations
Source Level Configurations
Following are the steps to modify the configurations of all the tables in a source:
Click Sources on the top menu.
Click the required source for which you want to modify or add the configuration.
Click Settings icon.
On the Source Settings page, scroll down to locate Advanced Configurations
Click Add Configuration.
In the Add New Config dialogue box, enter the required values for Key and Value
Click Save.
Table Level Configurations
You can also add or edit configurations at the table level. Following are the steps:
Click Sources on the top menu.
Click the required source which has the table for which you want to add or modify the configuration.
Click Configurations icon for the table.
Click Modify Configuration.
Click Advanced Configuration.
Click Add Configuration.
In the Add New Config dialogue box, enter the required values for Key and Value
Click Save.
NOTE: The table-level configuration overwrites the source-level and admin-level configurations.
Setting Ingestion Notification Services
Source Level Notifications
In the Source Settings page, click Add New Subscriber button.
Enter the email ID of the subscriber.
Select the Notify Via options which include email and slack.
Select the jobs for which the subscriber must be notified. The jobs include fetch metadata and deletion of source.
Click Save. The subscriber will be notified for the selected jobs.
Table Level Notifications
In the Table Configuration page, click Add New Subscriber button.
Enter the email ID of the subscriber.
Select the Notify Via options which include email and slack.
Select the jobs for which the subscriber must be notified. The jobs include crawl, reconciliation, reorganization and export of table.
Click Save. The subscriber will be notified for the selected jobs.
